1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a trek, tour, or service with HolidayIn, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment (as specified per trip) is required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price increases will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 15+ days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure are strictly non-refundable.
• HolidayIn reserves the right to cancel any trip due to extreme weather or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternate date will be provided.

4. Health, Fitness, and Safety

Trekking and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically fit to undertake the selected adventure. You must follow the instructions of our Trek Leaders at all times. HolidayIn is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. Code of Conduct

We strictly adhere to a "Leave No Trace" policy. Littering, disrespecting local cultures, or endangering wildlife is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your tour without a refund.
